Lanstitut Technologies Private Limited is a private company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. We are a language training institute — our role begins and ends with helping you learn German, French, and other languages we offer, and preparing you for the relevant official certification exams.
We are not a registered sending organisation, and we are not a recruitment agency. Where recruitment or overseas placement support is relevant to your goals, this is facilitated separately through authorised, MEA-registered Recruiting Agent partner, under applicable Indian regulations.

What Every Student Should Know
- Lanstitut is a language training institute:
Our role is limited to language training. Lanstitut is not a registered sending organisation, and does not undertake the functions of one. - Certifications are issued by official examination bodies:
Language certifications such as those for German and French [Goethe / telc /TCF/TEF] are issued solely by the respective official examination bodies. Lanstitut provides exam preparation and training — Lanstitut is not an authorised exam centre and does not issue certifications itself. - Lanstitut is not a recruitment agency:
Our focus is preparing candidates through structured language training. Lanstitut does not guarantee jobs, placements, or visa approval of any kind these outcomes depend on third parties outside our control, including employers and government authorities.
- Recruitment is facilitated through an authorised partner:
Where placement support is offered, it is facilitated through our authorised, MEA-registered Recruiting Agent partner, subject to all applicable rules, regulations, and government guidelines governing overseas recruitment.
- Partner verification and liability:
We make a sincere, good-faith effort to verify the agencies and partners we work alongside. However, we rely on the information and representations provided by those agencies, and Lanstitut does not accept liability for their conduct, commitments, or outcomes. - Lanstitut is not a healthcare education institution:
Lanstitut is not an Allied and Healthcare Institution as defined under the NCAHP Act, 2021, and does not provide clinical, nursing, or medical education or qualifications.
What Lanstitut Does Not Do

Lanstitut does not act as a sending organisation, does not issue language certifications, does not operate as a recruitment agency, and does not guarantee job offers, placements, salaries, or visa outcomes. Any recruitment-related facilitation is carried out exclusively through our authorised MEA-registered Recruiting Agent partner, and not directly by Lanstitut.
